Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Ade Akintonwa

Google Bad Review 1:  Totally agree with the reviews saying Declan is a “snake oil salesman” and to avoid like the plague. Arranged for him to come for an estimate twice and both times he just did not turn up. Just got off the phone with him after he didnt turn up the second time and had to put the phone down after he was really offensive and started having a go at me the customer for his not turning up because I had not seen a message which was left confirming the appointment. Totally unprofessional

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Shane Watson

Google Bad Review (2):  Cowboy builders. Owner/Conman ‘surveyor’ Declan is a snake oil salesman. Avoid like the plague. If you have damp issues, get an independent damp surveyor.
