Google Good Review:  The Lighthouse in Leighton Buzzard has been my first experience of East London Foundation Trust and is the perfect example of the Trust's outstanding rating. The Lighthouse has been for me both a safe and friendly place to go and I honestly believe I would not have come through recent difficult experiences if I hadn’t been able to go there. Chatting to other service users I have found that this is a common experience for others also. For the first time in a very long time, at the Lighthouse I have felt cared for and supported, no longer alone and accepted as I am. The Lighthouse has given me hope for the future which I didn’t think I would ever feel again. I highly recommend the Lighthouse to anyone who is considering attending. Yes it takes courage to go the first few times but everyone there is really welcoming and understanding. It really is worth a try.
