Really poor customer service and a complete lack of integrity from these agents. Before even going to view the property we asked about the situation regarding the probate which they didn't know, which was surprising given the property had been listed for two weeks! Following the viewing and confirmation that probate had been granted we made an offer which was accepted subject to proof of deposit and mortgage in principle. Within less than 24 hours Hunters then told us that they'd accepted another higher counter off to ours from another client! They refused to accept that they had played us off against each other, but then had the cheek to ask if I wanted to make another offer! Disgraceful unethical behavior and I'd advise to steer well clear of these agents.
