Google Bad Review:  I wouldn't even give 1 star but i have to…

This is the most unprofessional agency i have ever had to deal with.

My husband and I were at most 5-10 minutes late to a viewing due to traffic, and we had a long way to come, the agent Julian did not have the slightest courtesy to give us a call to see if we were near by knowing full well we'd confirmed the day previous and infact even confirmed on the day that we would be coming to the viewing, but instead just left.

We knocked at the door for a few minutes and realised no one was there, and so rang the office and was told the agent should be there, i waited and saw a missed call and so called back immediately with no answer, i tried again and again no answer. We waited at the property for at least another 35 minutes until i called the agent again, to be told that he would not be coming back to show us the property.

He claimed he waited 10 minutes, and was completely rude and disrespectful to me as a client, also i realise that Julian was lieing about the time he was there (1:55pm) because we had arrived by that time, and was at the door a few minutes before calling the office to ask if Julian is close by. If i had to guess he couldn't be bothered to even turn up at all for the last viewing of the day at that property.

All in all rude, unprofessional and arrogant.
