Google Bad Review: This is by far the worst Doctors Practice i have the missfortune to encounter, my partner and I have had equally appalling treatment by three different Doctors. I had to beg on 4 seperate visits to be reffered to a specialist for a stomach problem, when it was finally agreed the Dr. in question said ‘if your so desperate to have a camera put up your bum then i'll book an appointment' i replied that what with the current Cancer advertisement drive on the TV and how severe the condition is i was following advice. At which point he laughed and said ‘oh its not cancer' The receptionists haven't a clue and wouldn't know what customer service skills were if it slapped them in the face, they're rude unpleasant and demand to know whats wrong with you before even attempting to book an appointment which if your lucky will be in 6 weeks time. That is of course if they answer the phone!
