Google Bad Review:  Please let me start off by saying this is not about money or time waiting. Those things are something that I am fortunate enough to have more than enough of. This is about honesty, integrity and being professional in the medical field.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE CON MEN!!!
So I needed to get some blood work done and rather quickly, I could have gone to my Doctor in Harley street to get this done but going locally would be a lot more convenient.
I called CLINICA in west Ealing and explained to the “Doctor “ I needed bloods done and read from my Doctors office what these tests were.
He said yes these were standard bloods and would cost X. I was fine with the price and asked if I could come at 10 am, I was told no problem.
I arrived on time and was told the Doctor wouldn’t be here for another 30 or 40 minutes. Now I want to be perfectly clear here, this is not my complaint. I understand people can be late.
Once he arrived I pulled out the letter with what tests were required and he said don’t worry I will do it after I have taken the blood. I thought a little odd but I figured you just take blood in same way anyway. After taking 2 vials of blood he asked for the letter. (I should add he was very polite and caring at this point.)
He then started to mumble oh you need XYC test, I thought oh he will need more blood but he said no it was fine. At this point there was no mention of price change or anything.
So once the paperwork was completed and the bloods were sealed we were taken to reception and he said the the price was almost 50% more than he told me. I said I read to you exactly what I needed and you told me the price was X.
He attitude changed immediately and said that’s the price take it or leave it, and just walked off!!!
The receptionist then became very rude and literally through the receipt at me. I paid and left.
THIS IS THERE SCAM, THEY KNOW PEOPLE WHO REQUIRE QUICK BLOOD WORK DONE WILL JUST PAY UP BECAUSE THEY NEED THIS QUICKLY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO NEED THINGS QUICKLY.
I will be contacting Ealing counsel and the medical board to do a full investigation into this company.
Once again it is not about the money.
In this world you expect to be scammed in certain situations but you never expect to be scammed in the medical profession.
