Google Bad Review 1:  EDIT: Despite my more positive review below, we have been let down by Red Rock continuously since then. If I could choose another property manager, I would do so in a heart beat. These people couldn't organise themselves if their life depended on it.

My experiences with Red Rock Estate & Property Management haven't been the best during the 8 months I have been leaseholder at my current property, with numerous things going wrong and seemingly no one able to sort out the problems.

Recently, however, the new property manager of our complex, Suth Canbert, has really stepped up and has gone above and beyond to try and rectify any problems that we have had. He calls when he says he is going to and basically is upfront and honest about how he can help. I am genuinely very grateful for the time that Suth has taken out of his busy day to understand and solve any issues we've had and I hope that his excellent service is recognised.

Google Bad Review (2):  I recently brought to the attention of RR the appalling condition of the communal areas within my block, which is one of four that RR currently manage. I was informed the communal areas are not a priority. There is dirty, grubby and peeling wallpaper with exposed masonry, 80's style varnished wood and grubby carpets. The last time this place was decorated, a former Hollywood actor was President of the USA. We have carpet cleaning contractors who seem to only appear when resident’s shoes start to stick to the carpets, and that’s most of the time. Once cleaned, the contractor leaves the carpets soaking wet; and yes you’ve guessed it, we are back to square one, with dirty, sticky carpets, within a matter of days. I’d like to share some advice to RR…’get the contractor responsible for cleaning our carpets to dry them, before they leave’. You clearly have no concept of what it is like wearing scuba gear to take your rubbish out. This is one of a number of issues that dominate at present. Combine that with a ‘Board of Directors’ who each have their own separate agenda and are simply not fit for purpose, it gives you an idea of how hideous it all is, as is my service charge which I might add costs me £2124 pa. Buffoonery at every level. The incompetence is staggering. One of the directors (whose principal responsibility is to all residents and shareholders) resides within my block and is totally and utterly oblivious to the obvious decay that surrounds them. More staggering is the fact that this individual has seen fit to award RR 5 stars.

As a foot note, anyone wishing to discuss this matter in person, my door is always open. Well at the moment it’s not as the carpet cleaners have been in and I’m wearing breathable chest waders for optimum comfort and protection as I write this review
