Google Bad Review (2):  In my opinion and from personal experience, they have questionable ethics, and are also very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. In my opinion, they don't put the customer's interests first and even though they have some very experienced solicitors, as a collective team they don't seem to care for customers. I've concluded the above based on my interactions with them over the past few days.

I would strongly advise against them.
