Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible ethics in this company. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting one of their employees at a consultation evening. He was rude, arrogant, dismissive and completely unprofessional. I then raised a formal complaint to Arup and have been completely ignored despite sending 2 emails. Avoid this company; they do not care because they think they are big enough for their reputation not to be tarnished.
