Google Bad Review 1:  The nursery in Kensington branch really suffers from having wxperienced staff and variety of activities. We sent our daughter for few days during summer holidays and she was complaining everyday that she was so bored and hated going there

Google Bad Review (2):  Unfortunately not a good experience!The place is really dirty , dirty toys , ripped dirty sofa. Mother and nannies don’t bother removing the shoes , you can clearly see in the picture that i have uploaded a toy under the mother shoe and the pillows under another mother and they don’t care . Children then play with those toys . The management doesn’t bother . This is a children club and hygiene is important dirty shoes collect every possible thing from the outside . Many mothers are complaining to each other , if you say something to the management they smile at you and ignore, i have mention to them
and their response was there were signs that no shoes were allowed ! Yes there are BUT nobody cares ! If you say to a mother is a shoe free zone they put a face on and ignore you as well . I have been to other children centre and even the staff removes the shoes before going inside! Maggie and Rose went from the best to the worst children club in matter of few years! Unfortunately i will not be renewing my membership this year ! The toys are old, dirty and broken . Their classes are not as good as they used to be . Yes the staff are polite but the rest is not up to the standards! Please do consider this before becoming a member ! I hope The Owners of Maggie and Rose do something !
