Google Bad Review 1:  JD sport's Bromley. Never again. Disgusting customer service. Went to the first floor to look at tracksuits. Found what we wanted but could not reach the item. Saw a male member of staff sitting on a foot stool at the balcony talking to a female member of staff on the ground floor and asked for help. He could barely drag himself off the stool to help and the look on his face was something else. He immediately sat back down on the stool after getting the item but unfortunately for us we needed his help again because we could not see the price on the item so he says he does not know the price and has not got a scanner so we would have to go downstairs to find out. SHOCKING! The female staff member at the entrance of the store was busy furiously texting on her phone, not a good first impression for customers entering the store in my opinion. At the checkout 2 female staff members and one of them chewing gum very energytically. Are these the people you want representing your company JD? I won't be spending my money at your store's again.
