Google Bad Review:  I would not recommend to use this company. Their fees are extortionate. Furthermore the staff were curt and dishonest.

Last week I called then around 7.15am on a week day due to a toilet cistern crack and leak. They informed me that they would send someone for 9am. The plumber arrived around 9.45am switch off the water in the cistern and said that he had sealed the crack while sending the information to his boss, for the latter to give me a quote to replace the toilet.
I believe the owner of the business called me and told me he would send a quote for a new toilet and demanded I pay £216. When I got the receipt, they had charged me for an emergency fee and call out fee. Once the plumber left it was clear that he had not sealed the cistern. The company then lied to my landlord saying they had informed me of the fee before attending the job. I sent a complaint email on the following day to ask for a resolution and consider a reimbursement of the emergency fee as they had attended during normal hours, had not sealed the crack, not sent a quote and lied to my landlord. I have to this date not received an answer.
I believe that these standards are not acceptable. The fee was out of proportion for a service that was not delivered.
The only thing they did manage well is to arrive under 3h of my call, I guess they smelled a good rip off. Lesson leant!
