Google Bad Review 1:  Bad management an customer service, would cancel appointments without notice, but won’t accept you to cancel. Bad organisation and communication. If you dare giving them feedback they don’t like they become really rude. You can notice just by seeing the responses they have given to all their bad reviews, while they just had to apologise. The technicians are good though. However I would still avoid Tdoor as a tenant. They seem to be ok with landlords but rude to tenants as they are not the ones paying.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very unprofessional in dealing with my boiler problem. I made a call for them to come and check my boiler and I was told it will cost me £85 plus vat I accepted it and instructed them to come. When they arrived the plumber realise there was no problem with the boiler but it needs to be rewired on the electric side so they will arrange for an electrician to come and do the wiring again, then they sent me a bill of about £120 to pay just to come and find no fault with the boiler then I call for explanation I was told the plumber drove all the way to my house which was about 5.2 miles and about 10 minutes spent on checking the boiler cost me £120. Then I have to rebook again for the electrician to come and do the main job which will also going to cost me £85 plus vat per hour to do the job so why didn't they add all the call out together to complete the job because as a plumber you must have electrical knowledge they just wanted to charge double to come and do the job and to me that was robbery. Never use them again and will spread the news about their unprofessional behaviour.
