Google Bad Review (2):  An absolutely shocking experience overall. To cut a very long story short that involved having to call up many times just to find out where the order is, the delivery took a good 2 hours before it arrived.

The terrible service began when I kindly asked to have the rice and peas in my meal swapped for some coleslaw. They refused to do it for some odd reason. Infact the restaurant was not happy to swap the rice and peas with any other side that they offered. I find that extremely strange. How will a simple swap of rice and peas for any other side affect your business negatively?! When I asked if I could just have a portion of curry goat without the rice and peas I was told I would be charged the same amount… Where is the logic in that…?! These basic requests are always met by the vast majority of Caribbean restaurants. You need to lighten up a bit…

To add insult to injury, the food arrived COLD!

Get your delivery situation together and advise the person on the phone to have a little more empathy with people that are frustrated with their orders. The food was decent but ruined by the service so we won’t be ordering again.
