Google Bad Review 1:  Don't park there and if you do be very careful. The payment machines are sometimes very slow. Besides they don't always work and you get fined £100 for that, as others have stated . It's £60 if you pay within 14 days, but even 1p would be unfair in such cases. In my experience, appealing the fine did not work as NCP replied back saying that they had evidence that I parked there, which I had not denied in my appeal – my honest argument had been the payment machine issue. I suspect this is part of their business model. I reluctantly paid the fine as I can't afford to waste time in further appeals or suing them but I'll never park there again. Luckily there are plenty of other car park options in Bromley and NCP lost a customer who had parked and paid them tens of times before.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was staying at the Nobu hotel, and my car was broken into, was either July 29th 2022 or 30th 2022, early hours of the morning. They broke my back window of my Range Rover, and took my laptop. This seems very strange and almost an inside job. How did they manage to get to my car and only steal a laptop as I had other high valuables in there, which they didn’t take, just seems very arranged. There were no staff in attendance, and no one to help. This car park is £42 to park per night, total rip off and seems like a thriving crime spot. NO ONE PARK HERE!

I thought the review was bad about the thief issues! Can’t believe I have actually saw them myself.

4/7/2020 around 6:30pm there is 2 guy in bicycles (one was taller another one is shorter 1.7-1.8m) coming straight from the side barrier both wearing face coverings.

They have seen me obviously but continue to carry on their business put bikes at the far left corner. Having torches scanning car by car.

One was standing beside a brand new RR defender and wanted to make a move to break in. I horn them straightaway and guy disappeared. Drove out the carpark try to find attendants no one to be seen!

It seems like this 2 thieves seems very familiar with what they do and only go in when guards off duty!

Carpark itself is dark and smell foul of urine.

BEWARE! NOT GONNA USE THIS CAR PARK AGAIN!
