1. At first Calling them is a nightmare it always goes to Some customer service and then transferred over to the branch which 8 out of 10 you can’t get connected to anyone and if you do they hang up.

2. they never have appointments if there is any urgent need also shortage of loan vehicle / Courtesy car.

I had my way cool gone in for service and they identified oil leak issue which according to them they sorted after keeping the car for quite a few days apparently after couple of months I’ve got a warning light for oil and a red morning light With an alert saying loyal pressure stop the vehicle engine fault to be repaired I called the garage several times to book for an appointment on urgent basis as this issue happened in relation to the work that was carried out few months back the car was parked for three weeks while I was away when I came back I don’t even move after few yards stop sign comes an engine cut off I called the garage they advised me to switch off the engine then switch it back on and slowly bring it to the garage or or call your breakdown company I end up calling my breakdown company who took the car to the dealership and the car is parked there since Sunday on my several times I manage to speak to somebody on Tuesday requesting them to give an urgent attention to my car issue but it’s been Friday and there is no response as I was told somebody will call up and update I had a service appointment booked in the coming days but the car is not mobile due to the issue struggling to go to work spending more money on cabs one of the worst experience ever very disappointed

We rang before we came if the car was available, they said yes, we said specific time we will come as it was 3.5h drive for us with a little kid!!! And guess what happened? When we came they said they sold the car few hours prior our arrival. All they want is your money and that's it… and I don't think we will ever recive any comment back as this is absolutely shameful for a company.

Google Bad Review (2):  Scumbag garage, like I've seen on other negative reviews of this dive once you have taken a car your on your own! They sold me a volvo with a faulty steering rack! Absolute cowboys! I started the process of going through the warranty but ultimately gave up as I knew the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on and I wouldn't get anywhere. Eventually sold the car on with knowledge of this issue. I remember I noticed a slight knock in the steering and I mentioned it so they took it out and said oh its just abit of play.. what a fool I was. Do not buy anything from them. They should be selling plastic spades and sand castles down the beach!

Google Bad Review 1:  The worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, completely unprofessional.

Had to reject a car for a refund due to so many faults that weren’t resolved and left the car unsafe. The car was then taken from my driveway without permission by the delivery driver before payment had been cleared!

Complained to management who are evidently part of the problem so have had to take it further with BMW UK

Had a really bad experience with a full service on my vehicle, after collecting the car and driving it home the coolant light came on. After inspection (pictures attached) you could see that the technician had forgotten to screw the coolant cap back on after inspection. This caused the coolant to steam and empty completely leaving residue over the engine compartment..

After complaining to BMW Berry of Croydon the response was to apologise for the error and to return the car so they could clean the engine and reimburse me for the coolant I had to add.
This didn't give me confidence in the quality of work carried out during the rest of the £600 plus service. I have requested to speak to someone more senior but to date have had no reply. Would recommend seeking out another dealership to carry out any future works. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They couldn't find anything wrong with the engine but apparently I needed 2 new tyres, new brake pads and a new battery asap with out fail as this was super urgent.

They told me the cost and said £1200.
I was sent a video and was not happy with what I saw as it was all lies, it was like they was purposely trying to find things wrong so I asked for a second opinion as I'm nl mechanic but in the video it looked fine to me.

My gut was right and believe it or not I did not need any of this work done
It was all lies

Please be careful using this garage as I do not want them to try and rip other people off
Luckily I got away without having to pay £1200

Ripple road site had told me to come here to check out the vehicle before I commit to the contract for the torneo titanium. Google Bad Review 1:  Pre-vehicle purchase service an absolute rip off. I paid £120 and was promised a inspection lasting a minimum of 1 hour and a written report. The guy turned up and did 20 mins then left. I never received a written report, instead I had a 3 min call from a guy that did not speak very good English at all. I couldn't understand a word. In summary I was told the car was fine, so I brought it only to then find out there were a number of issues with it (body and mechanically) that had I known, I would never have purchased the car. I wished I had gone with the RAC. These guys are cowboys. I made a formal complaint and didn't care to speak to them after. No offer of a refund, nothing. Absolutely useless. You've been warned. If I could give zero stars I would.

Google Bad Review (2):  I used Mekaniks before to replace Ignition coils on my BMW 325i; everything went smoothly so I decided to use them again to check an issue with the rear brake seizing; what a bad decision and nightmare that turned out to be.

1st Visit – Initial diagnostics by the Mobile mechanic revealed that the Calliper had to be replaced. I decided to have both Rear Callipers replaced along with Brake Pads and Discs. The work was done after having to wait a few days for the parts; after the brakes were bled I advised the mechanic that the pedal seemed too soft. I was told that this would adjust fairly quickly and it would be ok, the handbrake was also very high and despite requesting that it be adjusted, little had changed. On the first night I drove the car another vehicle suddenly came out of a side road in front of me; I applied the brakes and barely avoided hitting the vehicle as the pedal went rather low, almost hitting the floor.

2nd Visit – Called the next day to complain and mechanic came out again. Was advised that the housing plate where one of the callipers sits was rusty and needed to be replaced, to be fair I was advised of this at first however I was told that it should be ‘alright'. Advised of the handbrake being too high but when I got the car back I'm certain nothing was done to it as it was the same.

3rd Visit – Mechanic came and fitted the Calliper housing plate, again despite being assured the handbrake would be tightened this did not transpire. Was advised that all was now OK with the vehicle.

I hardly drive the vehicle and hence it was a few days after the 3rd visit that I used it to drive to a friends house not that far away. About half-way there I suddenly heard quite loud metal ‘crunching' and ‘grinding' noises coming from the rears brakes. Every time I applied the brakes it was like parts were being taken apart; I had to turn around and barely made it home. God only knows what damage had been done to the car.

The next day I called Mekaniks but to my shock and amazement I was told that the same mechanic would be sent out to take a look. I of course categorically refused and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I insisted that another mechanic come to look at the car but Mekaniks refused to send someone else. I was told I could bring the vehicle to their premises, I advised the car was not driveable. A tow was needed and without any shame or acceptance of any fault they wanted £110 to arrange a tow; insult added to injury especially after I paid close to £640 for the job.

I refused but had no choice to agree to pay for half of the tow costs. After waiting for 4 days the car was ready. The Calliper plate was not fixed properly which caused the calliper to move freely. No parts were changed, given al he crunching and grinding I heard I find it very hard to believe that no parts were damaged. I sometimes drive to work from London to Milton Keynes, I dread to think of what could of happened if I had applied the brakes at 70-80mph.

Needless to say that I will NEVER use their services again; what should have been a simple job turned out to be prolonged agony that lasted for weeks, and to boot they didn't acknowledge their mistakes and made me pay half for the tow!!

Google Bad Review 1:  I absolutely do not recommend One Stop Auto to anyone!

The customer service is poor, their quality of work is atrocious and overall they are simply just a bunch of dishonest individuals. One stop Auto is clearly interested in swindling customers out of their monies all in the name of “fault” and “damage parts” .

They have somehow managed to swindle £610 out of me, yet the issue I had with my car (Smoke in the bonnet) still exists and hasn't been fixed. They kept finding new faults with the car that they believe were the reason behind the smoke, but after they claim to buy the parts and fix it, the issue still isn't resolved and they find something else to latch onto. They were constantly billing me for more faults, parts and labour etc – as a female with no prior automobile/technical knowledge I didn't know better.

The reviews they've received in the last 6 months are true representation of the type of people you'd be dealing with at this centre. If you love yourself, your car, your money and your sanity stay clear of this “repair” shop. Visit Portmill Engineering which is 2 mins up the road from here and I 100% guarantee you'll have a pleasant experience.

I wish I had read One Stop Auto centre's reviews before visiting because it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
