Google Bad Review 1:  I'm not an active complainer but this place is beyond poor. From check in to the check out there's nothing you can wow. I took my car in for a recall service, end everything was agreed with emergency service and they selected this place expecting that the service would take maximum 5 days, when I got there, the person who attended me was basically trying to convince me that I should take the car somewhere else saying that it would take 1 month to be done. Ignoring that I left the car anyany way, and after 5 days I called them which was a struggle to get hold of someone. After trying over trying I spoke with someone that said the car was being check on that time and the all conversation didn't really focus on the motive I took the car in but on what else I should do in order for them to charge me. After 40mnts I received a call saying the car was ready to collect. 1 month to 5 days this is an atchivement. is improving. Went there next day to collect the car. The next thing I realise in 5 mints is that my radio and God knows what more is not working. Took it back in after 1 hour the 1 month guy said may be 10 mints and this was 30 mints ago I am still waiwaiting and God knows till when. No organization no professionalism no commitment and no customer service. How can you trust in a place delivering this type of service. My advice to you whatever you have to do go somewhere else .

Yesterday I had my car in for MOT and service and I have to say that I've been very disappointed by Skoda Winchester garage. This time I can say that the whole experience was bad. The gentleman who booked my car in had no manners, did not not offer any of the services ( such as collection and drop off of the car) which are available to customers and to cut the story short had nothing to do with providing a good customer care. Even when I've dropped the car in the morning he seemed not interested in anything but watching the Olympics . Dear Skoda Winchester team, I've been your client from 2011 and you use to provide quality at a high price. Now you are just asking for a high price in return of poor customer care, a sloppy job and a bad attitude. I'll never come back and I won't recommend you to anyone.

Returned my vehicle without carrying out the work, in an incomplete state of assembly, wheel arch lining removed and placed in boot. Horn sensor removed and placed in boot.
Previously:
Charged me for an air conditioning re-gas to investigate air conditioning unit not blowing cold air. When the repair work was carried out at a different garage, the engineer indicated that the cavernous hole in the condenser unit was so indisputably obvious, that a re-gas needn’t have been executed, given a sufficient inspection of the vehicle when investigating a non-functioning air conditioning unit.

Appalling service, gross negligence, and an unprofessional attitude throughout.

On MOT they state under minor defect the car needs CV boot replacement. I went to another mechanic for CV boot replacement and he said both CV boots are fine and no need for any replacement.

Google Bad Review 1:  By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mark was rude and unhelpful. I booked in a loaner car well in advance and was told that I would be able to return the car on my day off. Mark quickly said that I should just wait for the work to be done rather than take a car because he was unaware of the agreement. Once my car was serviced and then returned it was left dirtier than when I left it and when asked why it wasn't given a courtesy wash I was told that because they had to fix the broken infotanment system it wasn't technically a service and therefore wouldn't get a basic clean. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in the UK. Has made me second guess ever buying or recommending anyone buy a Skoda.

Upon collection I mentioned that there were no mats was bluntly told this is normal . I would avoid there are other Skoda dealers Broadbridge Heath Station garage which care deeply about their customers. Avoid Willis Skoda they are concerned with clearing funds and not after sales

Google Bad Review 1:  Made appointment with the receptionist to arrive at the garage at 12.30pm. I informed her this was a 10 mile journey for me to the garage from the other side of London which would take me one hour so I would need to be seen on arrival. She told me it could be up to an hour wait to get seen but it could be 5 minutes. When I arrived at 12.30pm man told me he only had four mechanics and they were all going for lunch and would not return until 2pm. I promptly left. Complete disregard for total waste of a few hours of my time and terrible customer service.

Google Bad Review (2):  BE CAREFUL! Dropped the car off for a service but after an hour or so was told this wasn't possible due to an issue with the car; No problems went to collect the car and was still charged £50 to cover staff LABOR!!

Google Bad Review 1:  After my car had broke down was recommended by the tow driver to check this garage out which I now regret. After they fitted new drive belts I was told that they would squeak for a bit in the beginning as they were fresh. When the squeak didn't go away decided to go to another garage who fixed the problem on the spot and it had nothing to do with the belts being fresh. Also had some intermittent noise coming from one of my wheels which Demo Auto could not diagnose and they had some guess that it could be the disc brake but then also went onto change a part that did not need changing to try and fix the problem. Well guess what? The other garage I went to that fixed my belt also fixed the intermittent noise coming from my wheel and it had nothing to do with the disc brake or the part Demo Auto changed. Deceitful Overcharging Cowboys!

I recommend my sister to use a garage AGM which I used in Kilburn Iverson Road, unfortunately my sister went to the the WRONG place and what a costly mistake that was!!

Once she had come home she showed me the invoice and to my shock i believe she was over priced as i called AGM next door asked them how much the specified items cost and to my shock she paid approx 40 % to much.

How can this happen, she also told me she was made to feel uncomfortable and had to make a decision on the spot, some of the new parts were not even discussed with her but she had to pay, im very angry and upset my sister was treated unfairly and unreasonably in my opinion .

I have given them 1 star rating not because they did one something right but because i had no choice to give NO STAR – Keep clear stay away from DEMO AUTO – should be DEMOLITION AUTO CENTRE
