Google Bad Review: I have been very disappointed experience with this place I am not sure if is the way they run a business in there or just my bad luck. I been on this place to refurbished my alloy and I was send to the office to get a estimate for work. I took a picture of my alloy and get inside for prices, they quoted me 320 plus Vat, I turn up after few days, I went inside to tell them I want to refurbished my alloy wheel and I double check if that's the price again was confirmed and I was told to go out to speak with Paul, after Paul took my alloy wheel and try to bang the price up with all the hidden costs of this job I was told him I just need alloys to be refurbished he hand to me the cost of that 440 £ plus Vat,. Then I told him is a mistake because office told me 320 plus Vat, after he was after he trying to find a middle way from the very top price he put on that paper I given up doing the work with them, I just to kindly remind him if the location is in Hamsted and rich people paying what they ask I would appreciate if they ask that straight from reception where people are been sent to get prices, to not waste nobody's time.. Thx
