Google Bad Review 1:  The Sony Centre in Enfield Town has a small concession on the third floor of Pearsons. I would not recommend them because of their dishonesty and greed. They are selling the Bose QC35 II vs Sony WH-1000X headphones for £329. But these headphones can be bought for £289 from other retailers and on line.

Google Bad Review (2):  The Worst experience. 6 weeks since I paid £500 for a tv set that was delivered with a smashed screen. Then they said I would have to wait potentially months for the covid 19 pandemic to pass before they would replace.. Eventually they agreed to send a replacement which arrived and didnt work. No screen just sound..
They said I would have another one that Friday but when I called on the Thurs I was told they had cancelled that delivery without informing me. They now expect me to store the 1st tv that was delivered until the end of the pandemic at no charge and they cannot provide me the the set I ordered nor with they offer any upgrades. All the way through the attitude of the manager has been shockingly bad and I urge anyone to avoid this store..he has protested he has done all he can to help and been courteous and proffesional which couldn't be further from the truth. Hopefully he goes on some customer service training soon and realises what he puts people through with his appalling attitude… Please AVOID THIS BRANCH..
