Google Bad Review:  Our experience with my baker has been awful. I ordered from the top range the Canvas cake which looked so beautiful in the pictures and costs £80 I was told that it tastes great in the description. I chose the egg free option and the cake arrived on time and looked the part. On the day of my child’s birthday however after cutting the cake and giving it to the guests I noticed one after another guest is just leaving the cake to the side and not eating it. I asked my close friend is the cake tasting not ok? She said it is awful. I tried it and then discovered it tasted awful. Over cooked dry and the taste was disgusting. I felt so embarrassed in front of 30 odd guests and rushed my husband to get some vegan cupcakes else where. Don’t buy from this bakery and if you do make sure you complain right away or else they have a policy for not addressing your concerns.
