Google Good Review:  By way of caveat, until 2 years ago I was an employee at Buzzacott (so this isn't a client review, but more based on what I saw, plus clients I chatted with). I'd say that the firm places a lot of emphasis on doing the right thing by their clients, and there's overall a high standard of client care. Highly competent staff members too, with good knowledge stratification: those with specific technical expertise are always v happy to help out on clients, even if not their own client. Standard of work is generally very high. I think it's worth mentioning too that there's a culture of being a trustworthy support for clients, i.e. understanding things from their perspective (not just concentrating solely on the technical aspects at the expense of the client's own thoughts, or the bigger picture)
