Google Bad Review 1:  The team that was sent to us for our loft conversion (started March 2017) were poor and messy workmen with little attention to detail. The PM was even worse and more concerned with getting the team onto the next site that completing the current one properly!

Yes – they worked fast and within a week the old roof was off and the next week the new roof was on. But then they left site, and left 1 person behind to complete the rest of the work. Who didn't actually finish until July 2017 (5 months later!)

Then we discovered the issues.
1) None of the windows has been sealed…luckily we saw this on a few and could reach them to seal them, however one of the external windows we only found out when it leaked. They did come back (took them 2 attempts) and resealed it;
2) The side of the roof wasn't sealed (came to light 3 years later) but when we phoned them we were told it wasn't their problem – despite an independent roofer telling us that it had never been sealed;
3) The general mess was that we keep finding nails and screws in our gravel driveway (2 car tires popped);
4) Sloppy workmanship with the internal woodwork with misaligned jointing, coving not being installed correctly, doors that don't shut properly (even though we told them of this one)
5) They managed to snag an electricity cable causing all the power on the loft conversion to fail.
6) The don't do the bathroom fitting, but attach all the toilets/sinks/showers…but then when you want to get in to tile it…they charge you again to remove said bathroom items….AND then recharge you again to reattach them afterwards!

I'd not recommend them to anyone!
