Google Good Review: i got woke up in the midle of the night with a loud bang from the boiler and i went online and found a 24houre gas engineer and i told him wot happened and he was at my dour with in 20 minits , he diagnosed the problem with in a few minits and we agreed on a price wot really fair he fixed it strait away. as he was very reliable and efficant and would reccommend him to any one as he obviously knows his way around a central heating system . fank you anthony cachia

Google Bad Review: Cowboy Plumber! Avoid!!!
My wife arranged for Anthony to fix our boiler who at the time was carrying out a repair for a neighbour on a Monday. The boiler was showing an error message relating to the pump. Anthony attempted to carry out the repair with an old second hand pump he had in his van, within an hour of him leaving the pump stopped and we were left with a leaking boiler. The leak was dripping into the circuit board which caused the electrics to trip! This could have done serious damage to the electrics on our boiler we later found out. Everyday we were fobbed with excuses about getting new parts etc however everyday he failed to turn up and having been without hot water for a week we decided to employ a competent gas engineer. Later we received a hand written note about him dropping his phone in water. We don't believe a word of it. Several times we have requested our money back (£150 paid in cash of course) and Anthony no longer answers his phone.
Contacted the Gas Safe register and surprisingly his company is not listed on their records!
