Google Bad Review 1:  Visited the store 5 weeks ago, thought we would support local a local business, not a big job, only stairs and landing, picked carpet out and requested a home visit to measure up, left phone no, said they would contact me within 2 weeks to arrange a date. They had forgotten about us, rang today and was told it would be another 4 weeks before they could come and measure up. Why didn't they just say they don't need the business. Awfull service, would rather people are honest.
