Google Bad Review 1:  Food Stone Cold & Took over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered.
The woman who took the order did not seem to know the food on the menu and could not calculate the bill, she then said the food would be there very soon. I live 10 minutes walk from the place. It too over 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive and every time we called we were told the food was out for delivery. When the food eventually came it was stone cold.

When we telephoned and spoke to someone called Maz he was rude on the telephone saying we had not waited that long. We asked him for a refund as we were not going to wait another hour and a half for another delivery. Maz then got angry and tried to accuse us of shouting at him, which we did not we remained calm and told him we did not need to shout as we were just going to review them on line. He then stated that he would give us a refund, if we never bother them again!!!.

We are appalled at the lack of customers service skills, lies about orders and food inediable due to being so cold. We have been ordering from this place since they opened and were previously satisfied with the service. I do not know if they have changed management, but things have gone to the dogs. The last time we ordered they forgot our Naan bread too. We will never be ordering from them again!!!!

Will NOT be ordering from here again
