Google Bad Review 1: This was the most incompetent and corrupt dealer I ever took my vehicle to for a service. Car went in needing nothing more than about a simple £100 service, but I had a call back from the service manager claiming my car had serious faults, needed many new parts and would cost £4,000 to repair!! I contacted Mitsubishi head office, who also were suspicious of the quote I had been given and advised me to take the vehicle to another Mitsubishi dealer. The next Mitsubishi dealer charged me just £110 to get my car fully back on the road and confirmed that not a single component within Mitsubishi Bromley's £4,000 quote was truly defective in any way. Moreover, the second Mitsubishi dealer informed me that the Bromley Mitsubishi dealer was well known to them for seriously mis-diagnosing and mis-pricing repair work, which is shocking. This all actually happened a 60,000 miles ago, and I can confirm that all of the £4,000 of parts that Mitsubishi Bromley claimed needed replacing continue to work perfectly fine! I see this dealer is now a Mazda dealer, whereas previously it was a Mitsubishi dealer. It's still the same people however, so I don't know if they're still up to old tricks or not. More recent reviews are glowingly good – perhaps suspiciously so….
