Google Bad Review:  Today for first time went into the pet shop as wanted to get something for my dog , ear drops or dog cleansing for my dog . Now when I ask the lady who’s in the shop for some help . She is very rude and not helpful at all . I was very surprised as I was asking her about the product and she just looked at me and said in a way just read the box and it will tell you the instructions. I was very disappointed with this customer service .! I would of appreciate if you go into a shop for some help advice on certain aspect they would be able to help you .! But it just seem like she didn’t want to help . No manners at all or polite and very rude it completely put me off buying anything. I really would appreciate some good customer care. Therefore due to my poor experience in the shop I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !
