Google Good Review: 5 stars from me I wasn’t sure what to expect from intensive CBT therapy as I’d not had this therapy before. When I was offered a male therapist I felt unsure I but was willing to give it a go. I’m so glad I did both therapy & therapist were great we built up trust quickly & I felt safe speaking to my therapist about sensitive personal information some of it I hadn’t shared with anyone it was good to open up & release past abusive relationship trauma I’d been diagnosed with PTSD which soon became apparent it was C-PTSD after 15 sessions I can honestly say I feel like a completely different person I have the mindset tools to look at past abusive situations in a whole different more positive light I’m much kinder & compassionate to myself I’ve learnt to forgive myself for what was out of my control. It was hard work at times I knew I’d see it through with the guidance & reassurance from my therapist & I did. My future is much brighter & I am excited to see where my life takes me the past will no longer hold me back. Thank you so much James Little from the bottom of my heart you are AMAZING
