Me and my partners experience was not great. Upon arrival we were not acknowledged by any staff. It being our first time there, we were not to know you had to be seated. As we proceeded to seat ourselves we were finally acknowledged and with attitude was told ‘do you wanna wait to be seated’. After a couple of minutes we were finally seated.
Once seated we were handed menus and asked if we wanted any drinks. As we had not been there before we wanted to take a minute to read the menu and look at all the options. When we said we weren’t ready yet, the lady walked away without saying a single word.
After 15 minutes of waiting at the table and customers coming in, being seated and served before us. It was apparent we weren’t going to be served. As we were leaving the “server” was behind the till on her phone, clearly not bothered about customer service. We were both very disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2): Welcomed new addition to Keston. However the service was chaotic and hit and miss, they didn't have a couple of items on the menu, the bean wrap was very bland and the cherry slice was almost like a sugar paste rather than cake. We may have just had an off day so I would be willing to try again but was disappointed on first visit.
