Google Bad Review 1: On a routine check-up, the dentist seriously lacks communication skill. She does not answer any of my questions when asked. She said that she would refer me for a wisdom tooth extraction but can't tell me where I would be referred to. 2 months on, I am still waiting on that referral.
I also booked a dental clean with the dentist, but the appointments “moved” without notifying me. As a result, I wasted my time going to the practice. Rather than apologising, they questioned that I have not been picking up my calls or checking my emails. ( I have double-checked my emails/call record, I received no communication from them).

Google Bad Review (2): Utterly appalling dentist surgery. The male dentist I saw was entirely apathetic to the pain i've been experiencing and simply advised me that I need to take pain killers. No investigation as to the cause. He then became aggressive when I tried to elicit some further advice from him. I then emailed the practice manager about my concerns and she didn't even bother replying.
