Google Bad Review (2):  It's difficult to put into words just how awful this clinic really is.
Yesterday I was on hold at exactly 8am for 13 minutes to ask for a repeat prescription and was told once again I had to have an appointment to get it. I made a telephone appointment for that day and was told I would be rang “At some point” This never happened as you can see from the picture.
Today I was on hold for 22 minutes to be told that I was called and I missed it!”?
Then I was told I couldn't have an appointment today for a repeat prescription (I'm told I need one EVERY single time I try and get one) She tells me I have to request my prescription from boots. I ask her, why then have I been told I need an appointment every time I need a prescription, then she ‘goes to check' and hangs up on me.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment with these incompetent reception staff.
Why WHY WHY do they not have an online booking system that works.

This is not down to shortage of cash in the NHS (when you actually get to see a doctor they are brilliant) this is an issue solely with the reception team.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have been in pain for a month. I was waiting for four days speak to emergency doctor.
I was waiting for a blood test three weeks. My results back very quick but was abnormal. I tried to contact the surgery today, but I was sixteen in the queue.
That surgery is a joke. Never care about patients. How long I have to suffer? What was happened to NHS care. Why CCG do not check how this surgery performed. Pandemic is use as an excuse

Google Bad Review (2):  It's difficult to put into words just how awful this clinic really is.
Yesterday I was on hold at exactly 8am for 13 minutes to ask for a repeat prescription and was told once again I had to have an appointment to get it. I made a telephone appointment for that day and was told I would be rang “At some point” This never happened as you can see from the picture.
Today I was on hold for 22 minutes to be told that I was called and I missed it!”?
Then I was told I couldn't have an appointment today for a repeat prescription (I'm told I need one EVERY single time I try and get one) She tells me I have to request my prescription from boots. I ask her, why then have I been told I need an appointment every time I need a prescription, then she ‘goes to check' and hangs up on me.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment with these incompetent reception staff.
Why WHY WHY do they not have an online booking system that works.

This is not down to shortage of cash in the NHS (when you actually get to see a doctor they are brilliant) this is an issue solely with the reception team.
