Google Bad Review 1: Could not be more disappointed in a company. Waited all day for them to arrive, but they did not, then they arrived the next day whilst I was out, let themselves in, and spent 10 minutes hacking away at my garden. As I was not in to give them directions they destroyed a plant I did not want removing and left brambles all over the place. Obviously the job, which shouldn't have been started as I was not in, was only part finished. Admittedly after a call the owner did say he would come over to complete the job but by that point the damage was done. I had patiently waited 2 months for this appointment.

Google Bad Review (2): I phoned this “company” today to get help with planting a palm tree. I didn't find the guy amazingly friendly as after explaining the situation he said “what do you want me to do!?”, ok…. He said he would come round that evening. I was unable to purchase the plant as the garden centre had sold out. I had the courtesy to ring him back, in plenty if notice, to update him on the situation. He was extremely rude when I was explaining and constantly talked, then shouted over me repeating “what's the address, what's the address, address, address!!!”. I told him, just about! He said he would cancel and then hung up the phone! What a complete arrogant pig! Interesting to know if he was the owner or an employee. I will never call this company again or recommend them to anybody. In fact, I will tell people to avoid them! On another note I also called AJ Gardens and they're telephone manner was friendly, polite and courteous.
