Google Bad Review 1:  Beaumont marquees did not set up the marquee in time in Growne Plaza hotel at 100, Cromwell road due to their late arrival. Had to book a function room in a hotel to save the event. Could not reach them for 2 weeks afterwards, had to apply to the court. Do not recommend to event organisers!

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service.

I have been waiting for my refund from a service that was promised for my wedding and was not provided. No one is responding to emails and Richard who is the only one answering the phone is incredibly dismissive and rude.

So disappointed to receive such terrible customer service.
