Google Bad Review 1:  I seriously do not know how Parkfords Property Management are allowed to continue trading as our experience of them has been absolutely shocking. The basic cleaning of our block has been overlooked for several years. Very basic repairs have not been carried out despite paying into a sinking fund. When you dare to complain you are met with sarcastic responses and the general tone is that YOU are the problem not the Managing Agent. The so called mobile caretaker has not been able to bring the standard of cleaning up for over 5 years. He or she clearly is still unable a find a broom. We are being charged huge amounts for service that is none existent . The person heading this so called organisation clearly needs an almighty kick up the rear along with an investigation as to where exactly leaseholders money has been going. Avoid Parkfords at all costs. You have been warned

They have left the lift in our 6 floor flat building unfixed for 3 months and counting, are difficult to deal with for everyone and do the absolute minimum to maintain a building in barely working order. Symptomatic of London's turgid property market.
