Google Bad Review 1:  I rent out a flat. I managed it myself. My tenants were happy. Then I hired Sinclair Hammelton to manage the flat. My tenants started to complain straight away. It got so bad, the tenants moved out. Sinclair Hammelton found new tenants. They complained about Sinclair Hammelton in a similar manner to the previous tenants. I'd like to end my contract with Sinclair Hammelton but if I do they say that they will evict the tenants living in my flat. Terrible situation. Avoid.

Now the second set of tenants have moved out due to the terrible service that they received from Sinclair Hammelton / Choices. Hopefully this gives me the opportunity to leave SH/C – unless they start quoting the contract again forcing me to stay with them.

Google Bad Review (2):  Wouldn't use them again . Asked about mold in a property and was promised there was none and previous clients didn't have any . Then found out this is the first time they have had this property on the market . Turns out is had mold and sent pictures through and have told them about this issue and they havnt even had the decency to reply . Staff are very rude and would advise anyone not to use this branch .

Google Bad Review 1:  Sorry, but I do find this branch disappointing. There is so much scope for making it at least visually appealing, but standards of presentation are low. The glass cabinets (for example) are dusty and the items they contain have labels upside down, hidden, or lacking information. It doesn't take much to improve things and more appeal brings higher footfall (and thus money) – you only have to visit the new Cancer Research shop on the same High Street to see this.

Google Bad Review 1:  Sorry, but I do find this branch disappointing. There is so much scope for making it at least visually appealing, but standards of presentation are low. The glass cabinets (for example) are dusty and the items they contain have labels upside down, hidden, or lacking information. It doesn't take much to improve things and more appeal brings higher footfall (and thus money) – you only have to visit the new Cancer Research shop on the same High Street to see this.

Google Bad Review (2):  My sister had previously used them to fix an iPhone screen and had a bad experience; I should've listened to her but they were so much cheaper than other places.

I have many regrets. I've used this place to repair an Android screen. They broke the frame of the tab and then tried to give it back to me as if it was always like that. When I complained they said they would fix it but then asked me to find the frame myself. After complaining again they finally ordered and fixed it themselves (after many many weeks). But the new screen is rubbish and sometimes doesn't register touches.

Google Bad Review 1:  I would not recommend any one to buy anything from this shop i bought a laptop yesterday and they lied and told me the laptop can be used without a charger and i took the laptop home and did not charge so i took it back to the shop the next day and the man refused to refund me and said we will buy it back for 50 when i bought for 100 then i took 75 because needed the money and in the space of a day i lost 25 pounds from this shop.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

Google Bad Review (2):  My sister had previously used them to fix an iPhone screen and had a bad experience; I should've listened to her but they were so much cheaper than other places.

I have many regrets. I've used this place to repair an Android screen. They broke the frame of the tab and then tried to give it back to me as if it was always like that. When I complained they said they would fix it but then asked me to find the frame myself. After complaining again they finally ordered and fixed it themselves (after many many weeks). But the new screen is rubbish and sometimes doesn't register touches.

*edit* yes I am certain this is the right shop.
