Google Bad Review 1:  Lucy was lovely however during my brow lamination she went to do another client , which has now meant my brows were over processed and now my eyebrows are more curly rather than straight(I had a light curl on just the tip now its curly all over). I asked for them natural but the lamination was more dramatic than the natural styles I've seen — which she did try to fix. 1 star for a perfect tint colour match though when I got home I realised she hadn't cleaned it off my face properly and was in my hairline and still on my eyebrows I had to tweeze extra strays missed by the threading – making this experience a waste of money too

I'm sorry but your reply doesn't make sense. On the phone I was told that she still hasn't recovered from Covid, so she was taking another day off. I can understand that it could happen once, but twice for the same reason it's pretty strange.
On Wednesday I booked a massage for today (Friday). 3 hours before my treatment I received a phone call. The receptionist informed me that the therapist wasn't well, so my appointment had to be cancel or change for another time.
I had the same situation in May. I booked a massage in the morning for the same day (afternoon time). 1 hour later I was told that the therapist was not well, so I had to reschedule it.
1 star is for the treatment cancellation on such a short notice. I had one massage with Jolanta and it was great, that's why I decided to come back.
