Google Bad Review 1:  I had my first lip filler appointment with Dr Fojan Fattahi who was brilliant and so attentive to detail and gave me exactly what I was looking for after speaking with her. I'm so gutted that she's no longer with the company.

My second appointment for 0.5ml 5 months or so later was with Dr Paul Reddy who did not take time to ask what sort of look I would like. He went straight in with injecting everything in one go (as opposed to smaller injections in multiple parts of the lip) and this took me off guard, he'd been teaching someone else at the same time so I hadn't been sure at what point he was going to start injecting. His breath smelt unpleasant as he talked over my face, he hadn't been wearing a mask.
I didn't like the look afterwards and actually cried to myself after (lol) because the whole experience and his God-complex attitude was reminding me of other bad experiences completely unrelated to lip fillers.
He could see I wasn't over the moon about the results but said “well no one's ever been unhappy with my results” sorry Paul first time for everything. There was also a lump of filler in the bottom lip which is still here after 3 months… I've now had it corrected by Dr Hemini Patel at Canary Wharf branch (have written a separate review for her, thank you Dr Patel 🙂 )

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked first time online. Paid £50 deposit. They called me next day saying booking needed to be cancelled. They didn't apologise for the inconvenience of this. I said that was fine, just refund me the deposit. They still haven't done this several days later. Very annoying to have to chase this, when it's them who wasted my time by not having an up-to-date online booking system.
