Google Bad Review (2):  I went to this boxing club a week or so ago after reading the reviews and really wanting to get back into boxing.

The guys seemed ok on arrival, they asked a few questions, took my payment and asked me to warm up before the session started.
When I saw the ring and all the gear I was expecting boxing training, I expected some work on technique both punching & footwork as it’s essential in boxing. Neither were focussed on.

If you want to do some cardiovascular work, the class is fantastic. I was sweating buckets and could feel how hard I worked out. But if you want to go specifically to improve or learn to box, I’d suggest you have a clear conversation with the instructors as not to get paired with someone double your age, struggling to hold the pads like me.

There were some guys in the ring boxing, so they may have different times/classes for people who want cardio training and people that want boxing. I just wish they told me before I paid
