Google Bad Review 1:  I decided not to proceed with treatment at IVF London for a number of reasons:

1. Awful communication – my queries were not dealt with in a timely or professional way. I found staff at the clinic rude and abrupt and after raising a complaint I was told my questions were premature and would be answered at a later date meaning I would as left unclear about process and price.

2. Misleading pricing – after a consultation costing £250 I was shocked to receive a quote that was approx £2000 higher than I anticipated. It was also significantly higher than my previous and subsequent fertility treatment. IVF london are not upfront with essential “optional” extras.

I have since had an excellent consultation with another clinic which included a nurse consultation, doctor consultation, blood tests and semen analysis for less than I paid ivf london for a 20min consultation with a doctor that left me with lots of questions!

Google Bad Review (2):  This clinic refuses to provide prospective patients with the costs associated with egg donor IVF unless they pay for a £200 consultation. They advise it is upwards of £13k but further key information such as what this figure includes, where the donor eggs come from and how this can affect the cost, plus the price of other mandatory itemised tests and procedures are not shared without a paid-for consultation. I understand each patient is different so the cost of treatment will vary but it is strange, not to mention unreasonable and extractive to ask prospective patients to pay £200 to find out how much their services cost, especially given how expensive and personal such treatment is. I know of no other clinic who refuse this information to prospective patients.
