Google Bad Review: I would NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of boat hire companies in London and therefore I strongly suggest anyone reading this books with a different company. After spending well over a thousand pounds on a party with them, we spent an entire day arguing over a petty cost of £10. Their phone manner is unbelievably rude. I was interrupted repeatedly and spoken to in a way that truly shocked me. I was very surprised to learn that there are adults in this world who speak to other adults in the way I was spoken to; it was like they didn’t care whether or not we were satisfied with our service. The bottom line is that they were trying to withhold the security deposit (paid in case of damage to the boat/other additional costs) from us. They refused to pay it back which is illegal. Only when I quoted their own T&Cs back to them and told them that this is a LEGAL issue, did they finally agree to pay it back. They are a SNIDE, UNDERHAND company trying to operate below the law. Do NOT trust them.
