Google Bad Review 1: It is obviously entirely your call whether to go with other reviews. I can only reflect on the totally and utterly appalling service and very poor workmanship I encountered. I can not comment on other surprisingly positive reviews!
Chris attended promptly to provide a quotation, which was reasonable, not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Insisted on receiving a 20% deposit, despite the job won't start for another two month, at least, from that time. I agreed to that. There was a delay in the starting time, partly from my side, partly from his. These things happen. When the work started, I could see that corners were cut. The quality of the rendering is poor. I even that noticed that it is blown in certain parts, as you can see the lines from the old cracks coming through the new render. One of the rain gullies is still blocked, because it simply wasn't covered. One of the external air grill/vent is fitted upside down. The waste pipe from the boiler was broken and not replaced as well as being covered in traces of cement. The driveway was left in a mess bits of rendering here and there. The level of cleaning is just as horrible as the rendering!
The job was not completed as there was a part that required the scaffolding to be removed. The agreement was to come back to finish it off. You guessed it right…….no show. Contacted him several times, every times it was next week, until eventually he stopped replying or geting back to me.
My advice is simply DO NOT USE. Try to find a company that would at least have the decency and ethics to come back and finish their work or possibly even do it to reasonable standard on the first place.
