Google Bad Review 1:  He sold me a faulty rear LED unit for £70, I fitted it in front of him. I showed him there and then that the unit is faulty and he began to make quite a few excuses. He told me he isn't going to give me a refund and he'll give a credit note after taking my money. He also sold me a story that he's already bought the same car as mine and it's coming for breaking, what a coincidence. He promised me a replacement, and he knows someone else who has one, he will call them, which was not true.

As you can see from the attached whatsapp conversation screenshot, this has not happened and now they are ignoring me.

Afterwards I saw the same part on Euro Car Parts, brand new for £100, only £30 more, a real reputable company who will give you a refund if the item they sell is damaged.

My advice to anyone reading this, go with your gut and walk away, the entire setup there looks very shady. In my case it was only £70 but it's the ethics behind it. This guy is dishonest and he does not do business with morals and ethics.

According to the Gov website, a business must provide a refund for selling faulty goods. He thinks he has gotten away with it, but I am only just getting started, Barking Trading Standards have informed me they are already aware of this place and are currently investigating.

Google Bad Review (2):  Simply never ever answer the phone. I've called through to their reception, service department, sales department and parts department no less than 30 times this month and they've answered 3 times.

I've called during normal working hours on weekdays and weekends and still nobody ever seems to answer the phone.

Just impossible to speak to anyone regarding appointments or queries. How are you supposed to book a service if you can't contact the centre? Unfortunately can't avoid the place as it's the only nearby location – which is equally frustrating as you're forced to endure further bad customer service because you have no alternative.

Google Bad Review 1:  I tried to obtain 2 quotes, one for a gearbox service and a full service. This proved to be difficult, staff over the phone i found offer poor quality service and i even said i was recommended to them by a good friend of mine who used to work for Mercedes Benz, but they didn't seem to care about that nor did they seem interested by it. I had tried previously tried a few months back to get these quotes and didn't hear back from them. Clearly this business doesn't put customers first, well that's the impression i was left with when speaking to Paul. Cut the experience short, for your Mercedes i recommend using Mercedes Benz Temple Fortune, service is great & efficient. Service is something you can't compromise, it's worth paying a little more for that!

I have no idea where to begin in regards to the cowboys that are at work at this company. Right I took my car to this “Mercedes specialist” as a last resort because my car completely cut out and couldn’t be towed as far as an actual Mercedes specialist. So we took it to Bmerc upon arrival they seemed helpful and reliable which unfortunately wasn’t a sign of things to come. It took this “Mercedes specialist” over 6 months to fix my vehicle and I say fix but even that is a compliment to them because they just about did that. All that they managed to do was turn the vehicle on. After 6 months of being told “it’ll be ready next week” or the many “I’ll call you tomorrow to discuss” which never happened I always had to call them to find anything out. They only managed to turn the vehicle on the steering wheel didn’t work, my car horn didn’t work. Any warning messages that came up on the dash remained there, a “Mercedes specialist” couldn’t even remove a few simple warning lights it’s honestly laughable what they done with my vehicle. They didn’t have a clue what was wrong and they didn’t know how to resolve it, they went with the trial and error approach which shouldn’t even be in a specialists vocabulary but Bmerc are certainly not specialists in anything but ripping people off. Upon further inspection of my vehicle (by mechanics who actually knew what they were doing) it seems Bmerc use tissue and cable ties to keep things in place, I mean this alone shows how shoddy their work is. Cable ties and tissue were actually found behind my horn where they just tried to do anything and everything to get the car switched on. An absolute shambles of a place. I was charged over £3000 for my car being in their garage for over 6 months. To this day I don’t believe Bmerc actually fitted any new or replacement parts to my car if anything I would say some parts of my vehicle were parts from a car they took from some other poor soul that they ripped off. Even reading through the reviews you can tell they can’t ever accept being in the wrong and everything they do is perfect, which I promise you couldn’t be further from the truth. Please if you are looking to get your Mercedes or BMW fixed AVOID BMERC AT ALL COSTS everything I have said in this review is factual and I know that the people at Bmerc will remember me because I probably paid the garages rent/electricity and water bill for at least 2 months. So to sum up I paid over £3000 To have my car switched on that was it everything they done messing about with the car (because they didn’t have a clue what they were doing) was if anything more detrimental to my car. I hope this review reaches as many people as possible because I won’t allow companies like BMERC to continuously rip people off. It is establishments like BMERC that gives mechanics and garages a bad name. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY LONGER THAN A DAY THEY HAVEN’T GOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE. BELIEVE ME AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Booked Fault Diagnostic service,because had fault in Traction Control System(TCS light flickered on and off all the time).Booked 3 weeks in advance.They not been able to do 1 hour service at the same day,left the car for another day.On next day technician did not found any problem,so Service person advised to leave the car for test drive for one more day.On third day test drive not been done because they forgot to put the car on job list.Left the car for another day.On next day they said the test drive been done,but no faults found.Finaly got my car after 5 days with not solved problem.Although just 5 minutes I left the garage TCS light came on and flickered on and off all the way home.
Will appeal to a more reliable garage.Never come back here again!

Google Bad Review 1:  He sold me a faulty rear LED unit for £70, I fitted it in front of him. I showed him there and then that the unit is faulty and he began to make quite a few excuses. He told me he isn't going to give me a refund and he'll give a credit note after taking my money. He also sold me a story that he's already bought the same car as mine and it's coming for breaking, what a coincidence. He promised me a replacement, and he knows someone else who has one, he will call them, which was not true.

As you can see from the attached whatsapp conversation screenshot, this has not happened and now they are ignoring me.

Afterwards I saw the same part on Euro Car Parts, brand new for £100, only £30 more, a real reputable company who will give you a refund if the item they sell is damaged.

My advice to anyone reading this, go with your gut and walk away, the entire setup there looks very shady. In my case it was only £70 but it's the ethics behind it. This guy is dishonest and he does not do business with morals and ethics.

According to the Gov website, a business must provide a refund for selling faulty goods. He thinks he has gotten away with it, but I am only just getting started, Barking Trading Standards have informed me they are already aware of this place and are currently investigating.

Google Bad Review 1:  The worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, completely unprofessional.

Had to reject a car for a refund due to so many faults that weren’t resolved and left the car unsafe. The car was then taken from my driveway without permission by the delivery driver before payment had been cleared!

Complained to management who are evidently part of the problem so have had to take it further with BMW UK

Had a really bad experience with a full service on my vehicle, after collecting the car and driving it home the coolant light came on. After inspection (pictures attached) you could see that the technician had forgotten to screw the coolant cap back on after inspection. This caused the coolant to steam and empty completely leaving residue over the engine compartment..

After complaining to BMW Berry of Croydon the response was to apologise for the error and to return the car so they could clean the engine and reimburse me for the coolant I had to add.
This didn't give me confidence in the quality of work carried out during the rest of the £600 plus service. I have requested to speak to someone more senior but to date have had no reply. Would recommend seeking out another dealership to carry out any future works. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
