Google Bad Review 1:  They are very keen to book you in the receptionist is very reassuring over the phone just to ‘ find you ‘ an appointment.
So I said ok … finally I feel that this person is keen to help.

However, I had to change my mind on the date of the appointment. The receptionists are chatting about clients in front of other people .. in fact the lady with the blonde hair was furious because of a client so she decided to ignore me

Rushed, not well organised and very unprofessional. I have been given a form to fill out with my details and the person who was doing my ultrasound literally told me off she said she is running out of time ⌛️ ( bear in mind my simple

Overall, I don’t trust and I decided to go abroad.. The practice is about the £££££…
On the other hand there is no privacy . The reception is in the back of the pharmacy !! A private Gp surgery ? Seriously ?
Even the nhs could do better ….

Google Bad Review (2):  I had a very poor experience at this Private Surgery, which ended in me not seeing the GP. After having booked the appointment online and then confirming it by phone, I was told to get there 10 mins before the appointment to register myself as this was the first time I was at this surgery. Having arrived 15 mins before my appointment and then waiting for over 1 hr, I was still not seen by the Doctor and they could not give me an exact time when they will see me. I finally walked away as I had a meeting to get to and could not wait indefinitely.
If I am paying £60 for an appointment, I expect more professionalism in dealing with the patients and setting expectations correctly!
