Please do yourself a favor and stay away. I have been really patient with this company, hoping there is at least ONE good cleaner that I can trust to do a satisfying job… After the 7th person I gave up. Most cleaners don't speak/understand english (only bulgarian), do not show up when you are expecting them, instead you get an email from the company hours later, and those cleaners' attitude just plain stinks from the moment they meet you. They break/destroy/lose your property and never apologise or offer to help replace/repair. Do NOT follow simple cleaning instructions, etc.

Ah, and on top of all this, if you prefer to pay via bank transfer (they need and should pay tax for their revenue too) when the cleaner leaves your house, and after discovering all the things they didn't do (as per requested), you have to pay them after each visit via manual bank transfer. It's just a pain. Save your time and hire a different company.

I wish I had someone telling me all these before contacting them.
