Google Bad Review 1:  Myself and my partner had an awful experience with this company whereby they promised us the world pretty much in getting our first home. When it came to actually asking for an advisor once we had an offer accepted on a house they stated we will have to wait a month for an advisor but they can’t book us in + 3 weeks in advance and then stated we may be better of going elsewhere !

We had been searching for months for a property and relying on Torc24 to give us what they promises us.

As we called multiple times we became frequented with a particular employee and he stated to us the day they told us to go elsewhere was when his manager was sat next to him telling him to “ditch” most clients due to timeframe.

Disgusting behavior which was rude, ignorant and not respectful to their customers. Messing with peoples lives during one of the most stressful times in their lives is quite frankly cruel.

Steer clear ! You’ve been warned.

Google Bad Review (2):  Horrible experience with Torc24, after being told that we had to speak to them to be qualified for a new build. We called up and spoke with Callum Drummond who quite frankly does not know what he is doing. We were told that we were able to afford a property that is 600k and that we qualified for the property that we were looking at. Only later to be emailed later to say that he had got it wrong and it’s actually 490k which he assured me was the correct value. So we started our search based off of that value

After spending time searching for properties, calling developers/sale people and going to viewings. When it was time to put in an offer for a property we were told we are not qualified for that price but as a matter of fact it was actually a lot lower than that. So now we have to start our search all over again

Just absolute disappointment and waste of our time. Do not recommend at all!
