Google Bad Review 1: Horribly unprofessional!
Arranged a viewing- they were very inflexible with the time to start with.
They confirmed it by email and text and finally no one showed up!! We were left waiting outside of the property for 30 min.
We called them twice while waiting. both times the person picking up had no clue if even someone was on their way to the property, she said they'd call back ASAP, they didn't do that either.

Google Bad Review (2): After initially seeming well organised and efficient I was left standing outside a property on Highgate road I was very keen to rent. No one turned up and I tried to call the agency to find out if there was a delay but I didn't get an answer on the phone. After waiting 15 minutes I left and then recieved a call asking how far away I was. It's a shame as they have some lovely properties on their site but customers won't appreciate their time being wasted.
