Google Bad Review 1: READ BEFORE BUYING!! April 2021 I bought an ex display bath. March 2022 a crack appeared in the bath because I had left the water in it over night, which poured through my bathroom ceiling. Initially the manager put the responsibility on the manufacturer saying it was not fit for purpose. The Manufacturer agreed to supply a new bath. Because I had dared to ask who would take responsibility for the labour costs of 5K, the manager has now spitefully asked for the manufacturer to withdraw their offer (of which there is a video recording to prove offer) and offer a measly amount that rectifies nothing. Before this, 6 months into having the bathroom installed the new vanity unity warped. The manager told me that I had not shown any gratitude because he had replaced the carcass! The products in this shop are beautiful but the customer service once things went wrong have been shocking. If this was a larger company, customer service would have been a priority. Because this is a small business, the manager has acted with ego and become personal, stating untruths as facts. Shockingly, he lives one road away from me! I have three children and have not had a bath since March! His initial claims of ‘don't worry, I'll look after you' quickly disappeared when he thought he would be out of pocket. Honestly, I wish I'd gone to somewhere established. Legal proceedings will now unfortunately commence.

Google Bad Review (2): I was very disappointed. I went in for advice. The man was very rude and abrupt. He said he didn't have what I wanted and asked is to leave. I was extremely offended and felt quite shaken.
