Google Bad Review:  I felt compelled to write a review about these estate agents to warn others and to express my disappointment and disgust.
Myself and my partner are first time buyers who had an offer accepted on our first flat. The flat was taken off the market (supposedly) but the agents continued to show it to others to get more money.
We know this is correct as a brochure for our property was sent to a family member via their personal email from the agent. This was not a mistake so if a reply is posted here do not try to deny this fact.
Not only did we pay for solicitors searches (that CHRISTINE and FAYE both knew about) but also spent over £1000 on a full structural survey. Why not tell us you were trying to get more for the property before we spent our money. Do you think we have money to waste as first time buyers?
Christine and Faye called us and asked us for money to match another offer that had been made after we had spent all the money (why had an offer been made on the property at this point confused me?) and we said you have by the end of the week to tell us. THREE WEEKS LATER and still no response. What a beautiful, reputable company that is trustworthy and honest…NOT!
Then they have the cheek to email me a property list without even calling in to apologise or tell us what’s going on with the property.
They were happy to take our money in the beginning until they got someone else to make their own commission better. Selfish and disgusting way to conduct business.
I’ll be spreading the word.
