Google Bad Review 1: I cant believe that Serghei who scammed people (BBI furniture), has another company! Stay away, he will take your money and never finish the job!

Google Bad Review (2): We placed an order to DS Solo Furniture Ltd in August 2021 for 3 fitted wardrobes which came to be £4800. He asked for a 50% deposit after we signed off some technical drawings. After failing to deliver and install the wardrobes for 4 months, he agreed to return the £2400 deposit money within 5-7 working days. We provided the bank details but, as of today which is the 7th working day, we have not received our money back. I have been following step by step legal guidance since the 22nd November 2021. The only remaining action left is to take him to court on the 3rd Jan 2022 when everything resumes.
Be very careful. In these difficult times, it is very frustrating to go through this process to get back your hard-earned money.
Edit on 29/12/2021: Don't lie. You came to my house and my husband signed the contract with you. I have attached image of the signed contract with DS Solo Furniture Ltd. Also screenshot of email sent to remind about £2400 deposit return
