Google Bad Review (2):  I did not enjoy my stay, right from check-in I did not have a good experience at all.
The gentleman at reception was rood (borderline obnoxious) when I asked if I could pay cash for the room.

We were actually quite tired from our journey on the first night and went straight to bed, leaving the quiet / privacy sign hanging out side the door.
Unfortunately the cleaners chose to completely ignore this and spent an hour at 9am slamming the doors of the rooms opposite a chatting very loudly right outside our door.
When I politely asked if they could keep the noise down… they denied it was even them!

The iron didn't work – at all – so I had to go out with a creased T shirt, and I spent over 30 minutes trying to get hold of ANYBODY at ‘guest services', ‘room service' & ‘reception' to drop a hair dryer in …. to no avail.

Then when I approached reception – to make the complaint in person – I was greeted by another member of staff who seemed more concerned with what was going on on her mobile phone than what I was trying to discuss, and did nothing about the complaint.

I actually stayed at the Manchester Hilton the previous week with no complaints whatsoever.

Wembley Park Hilton is hands down the worst Hilton (perhaps hotel) I've ever stayed at.
